Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if provided via Google sign-in).

Google Drive Data

When you connect Google Drive, we access video files in your selected folder for AI analysis. We do not modify, delete, or share your Drive files. Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted.

Usage Data

We collect analytics on how you use ReelFlow, including pages visited, features used, and reel analysis counts, to improve our service.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide AI-powered reel analysis, captions, hashtags, and scheduling
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To communicate service updates and support responses
  • To improve our AI models and platform features
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security enabled. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth & Drive API — for authentication and file access
  • Supabase — for database and authentication
  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Groq AI — for AI analysis (video data is processed and not stored)

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising. See our cookie banner for more details when you first visit the site.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Disconnect Google Drive access at any time
  • Export your data

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, all personal data including reel analyses, captions, and tokens are permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

ReelFlow is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
