1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReelFlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReelFlow is an AI-powered platform that analyses Instagram Reels from your Google Drive, generates captions, hashtags, hook scores, and content schedules. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Google Drive Access

By connecting Google Drive, you grant ReelFlow permission to read video files in your selected folders for the purpose of AI analysis. We do not modify, delete, or redistribute your files. You may revoke access at any time from your ReelFlow dashboard or Google account settings.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Free plans are available with limited reel analysis per month
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell access to the Service without written permission

7. AI-Generated Content

Captions, hashtags, hook scores, and other AI-generated outputs are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing. ReelFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, virality, or performance of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your video content and any modifications you make to AI-generated outputs. ReelFlow retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and Service infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReelFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
